Bio: Todd got his degree in Photojournalism from Randolf Community College. He has worked as a photojournalist in North Carolina for over thirty years. His job history includes Photojournalist for the Wilmington Star News (1988 – 1997), Photojournalist for Charlotte Observer (October 1997 – March 2017), and he now works freelance. He was the primary photojournalist for the Irina Yarmolenko case.
